CO-ED FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE

This program is for New Haven Residents and New Haven Public School Students (Ages 10 – 13)

**For safety purposes, no one under 10 or over 13 will be allowed to participate in this program.

PRACTICE AND GAME INFORMATION

New Haven PAL Spring Co-Ed Flag Football League (Ages 10-13) is a fun, fast-paced program designed to introduce youth to the game of football in a safe, non-contact environment. Open to boys and girls ages 10-13, the league focuses on teamwork, sportsmanship, skill development, and staying active while building friendships within the community. Players will learn the fundamentals of football through practices and games while being supported by positive coaching and mentorship from PAL staff and volunteers. The league emphasizes fun, confidence, and character both on and off the field. 🏈

This consent extends to all New Haven PAL Program attendees. I am aware that in any sport and/or clinic, a risk of injury presents itself and hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnity the New Haven Police Department, Yale Police Department, the owner and agents of all facilities, premises, and properties used for said activities, its employees, youth counselors and volunteers should any injuries or unusual incidents occur. My signature also authorizes the rendering of any emergency treatment of my child(ren) should it be deemed necessary. I have read, understand and agree to this Waiver of Liability and Consent. I also herby grant the New Haven Police Department, Yale Police Department, and PAL permission to use any images and/or videos of my child(ren) in its publications or promotions without payment or any other consideration.
