The following updates will allow us to continued growth in numbers while providing access to a boxing ring, boxing equipment, and to further enhance the experience and activities for our PAL participants!
NEW LOCATION: PAL Boxing Gym is moving to Powerhouse Gym, 31 Bernhard Rd, New Haven, CT beginning January 5th, 2024.
EXPERT INSTRUCTION: Also, Chad Dawson, former light heavyweight champion of the world, will be assisting our coaches regularly out of Powerhouse Gym.
