Sgt. Ron Ferrante
My name is Sergeant Ron Ferrante and I am the current director of the New Haven Police Activity League. At PAL, we are committed to providing options and opportunities to New Haven youth, while strengthening the relationships between us as law enforcement and the community in which we serve. Through athletics, activities, and events, we hope to provide these children with memories that will last them a lifetime while teaching some life lessons along the way. In just the past year, PAL went from 3 programs to 8, and saw a 200% increase in youth participation in the programs! PAL will continue to grow, continue to create new programs, and continue to provide opportunities for our youth. Our community deserves it, and most importantly these children deserve it!
